Designed within the remainders of a historic building by the beachside of Porto, the Sports & Event Center Porto
represents both a point of commercial attraction and a touristic landmark. The original structure is carefully torn
down to its main pillars and covered with a new landscaped roof, which defines not only the spaces for the actual
shopping center, such as cafes and sports shops, but also creates an elevated public space with a fantastic view
over the beach of Porto, which can be used as stadium in order to host promotional sports events.
